Become an ImTT Therapist

Image Transformation Therapy gets to the root of psychological problems.  To become an ImTT therapist, the Basic and Advanced ImTT Workshops, and the Feeling-State Image Protocol Workshop are required.  To become a certified ImTT therapist, individual and group consultations are required.  However, you can immediately begin using the ImTT protocols in your practice after the first workshop.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

Treatment for OCD focuses on releasing the traumatic images and feelings that the OCD behaviors have been used to avoid. People stop doing OCD behaviors when they no longer need to avoid the images and feelings.

Treatment for OCD

OCD behaviors are an adaptive survival behaviors to avoid feelings from traumatic experiences.  These survival behaviors include magical thinking (“If I line up everything just right, I’ll be safe”) and counting.

ImTT treatment for OCD focuses on releasing the traumatic images and feelings motivating the OCD behaviors. There is no direct management of behavior.  People will stop doing OCD behaviors when they no longer need to avoid the feelings
