Depression

Depression has many causes including traumatic memories and emotional neglect.  While those root causes will have to be released, ImTT can quickly release the pain of depression and the feeling of heaviness and darkness that have built up over years.

Treatment for Depression

When a person has lived with depression a long time, the pain and heaviness can build up so that daily living is like slogging through a mud bog.  The first step is to release the pain and heaviness of depression to provide an immediate relief in mood.  Then the root causes of the depression can be treated by eliminating traumatic memories and the sensations of emptiness and not-existing caused by emotional neglect.  Negative cognitions easily change when the feelings change.  Trying to change negative cognitions is like trying to get the tail to wag the dog.
