This manual is a companion to the Image Transformation Therapy book, 5th ed. (Miller, 2021). The ImTT theory book explains the psychological concepts that provide the foundation for ImTT treatment. A deeper understanding of those psychological concepts allow the therapist to more easily treat what are usually very challenging psychological issues.
